If I go into The Darkness.

I don't like using the word depression.

It just reminds me of what I remember overhearing my dad say about it to my mum when I was little.

'Depressed people are weak. Attention seekers. Depression isn't a real disease. It's people feeling sorry for themselves. If they just did something to make them happy, or had interests, they wouldn't be depressed.'

That statement is always in the back of my mind.
